Jones Architectural was instrumental in bringing Allegiant Stadium, the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders, to life. Our work included a large scope of custom architectural design elements including decorative features, videoboard cladding, and stadium bowl fencing.
Jones Architectural worked with the Las Vegas Raiders to add unique architectural design elements to the new stadium. Our challenge was to engineer, fabricate, and install 1,300 feet of stadium bowl fencing, six, 50-foot tall scoreboard horns, create custom videoboard cladding, and exterior ornamental railings while adhering to budget requirements.
This was a perfect project for our Target Value Design (TVD) program which allowed us to meet the design vision while staying within budget. Our process involved close consultation between our design engineering team, the architect, general contractor, and the Las Vegas Raiders team ownership throughout the project. This enabled us to always understand the design needs and balance them with fabrication capabilities to exceed expectations.
Six, 50-foot high decorative horns flank the stadium's three digital scoreboards. 1,300 feet of fencing surround the stadium bowl. The club-level videoboards are wrapped in custom cladding and ornamental railings welcome spectators at each entrance. Allegiant Stadium has an exciting and modern feel in a city that is constantly evolving.
